Designer Kicks Stomp Prices

Most of my fashion obsessed friends will admit that their shoe collection is definitely their proudest collection. And whether you’re a Sneaker-head or a Carrie Bradshaw type, there’s ONE shoe that we ALL have in common: Chuck Taylor’s. Grandpa used to play basketball in them (when they only came in one color), Mom and Dad wore them growing up, and now we wear them with our skinny jeans.

With this particular shoe style being passed down from generation to generation, Chuck Taylor was left with no option but to expand the variety. Check it out this season’s new designs:

I never thought I could purchase Missoni for under $200, but when I saw that Missoni (top left) is designing a line for Chuck Taylor, I got so excited!…for under $200! I don’t think I’ve ever found a pair of designer sunglasses with a retail price under $200. Missoni no longer only hangs in a closet, but can now sit amongst your already-fabulous shoe collection!

Sure I’ll be wearing flip flops this summer, and you can bet that my “no-laces low tops” by John Varvatos for Chuck Taylor will be making plenty of appearances too! …along with my favorite new designs for this spring!

In shoes we trust!!! :)

  1. Ah yes, the Chuck Taylor’s, I FINALLY got a pair not too long ago. Although you don’t get to see them in this shot, I am in fact wearin’ them WITH my skinny jeans, hehehe ;-)

How very fashion-forward El Rojo! :) Maybe you should take up styling as a second job!!! You’re on top of the oversize glasses and Chuck Taylor’s!

  3. Nah, only partially, my girlfriend was of course the one who pushed me to get Chuck’s (& she is also very much into fashion) & my silly, stubborn self finally gave in after realizing her great wisdom. Though like I said in the post about over-sized glasses, I did insist she get them cause they did look really awesome on her! :-)

But perhaps my girlfriend should take up styling as a second job? hmmmmmm…
