Sure, I’ve done my stint in publishing for a top beauty and fashion magazine in Manhattan, grinded my way through the dreaded 5-9 for several Wall St. investment firms, and am certainly proud to have served my country in painful yet incredibly sexy high heels in The U.S. House of Representatives. But nothing beats what I get to do now: Work for my family’s foundation, the Beck Foundation. And as every Washingtonian knows, the day is not complete without an evening social calendar full of back-to-back fashion, philanthropic, and political events.
